Custom made Ipe decking to offer a 4mm gap between boards and show a board surface of 144mm and in set lengths of 4306mm in length.
The client placed a great emphasis on meticulous detailing and workmanship. The exterior space to reflect the style of interior, refined and understated.
Custom made bronze floorplates walk you across the threshold onto a Brazilian walnut decked terrace, fixed with no screws visible. Bronze detail to the planters enhances the rectilinear flow of the terrace accenting the absolute quality of this build.
Bronze balustrade is a perfect match for the natural timber contrasting with the style and shape of the custom planters.
Lighting is subtle and enhances the space whilst enjoying the incredible views of London.

Ipe hardwood decking is a certified timber (FSC) and is expected to last more than 60 years as a correctly design and built decking platform. It can be maintained to keep its colour, this needs to be regularly and with Owatrol decking maintenance products.
